Hotel Sales Manager - Balzers, Nepal
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the sales operations of our hotel in Balzers. You will work closely with the hotel management to identify potential clients and develop strategies to attract and retain business. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and occupancy rates through effective sales techniques and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities and services
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing, front office) to promote the hotel and its services
- Prepare reports on sales activities, goals, and achievements for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Nepali language skills preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 USD per month.
Contract:
This is a contract job with a duration of 1 year. The contract may be extended based on performance.
