We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxurious hotel in Balzers, Liechtenstein. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service in the hospitality industry, and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and build relationships through networking and attending industry events
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients, tour operators, and travel agencies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive pricing strategies
- Train and mentor sales team members to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, front office, and events to ensure seamless operations for guests
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue targets for the sales department

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Balzers
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of German is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in negotiating contracts with corporate clients
- Ability to lead a team effectively and provide guidance when needed
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends when necessary
