Hotel Sales Manager - Balzers, Liechtenstein

We are a luxury hotel located in the picturesque city of Balzers, Liechtenstein. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth for our property.

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. You will also be responsible for building relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners to increase bookings and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. Previous experience in hotel sales is preferred but not required. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including those without experience or visa sponsorship needs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners to increase bookings
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure profitable deals for the hotel
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales within the hospitality industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for work as needed
