Concierge Assistant
As a Concierge Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support to hotel guests. You will be required to assist in planning and organizing guest activities, making reservations, and providing recommendations for local attractions and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized lobby area, answering phone calls and emails, and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of local area attractions and services
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
