Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Triesen. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks in a timely manner. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide menu recommendations
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by regularly checking on guests and responding to any requests or concerns
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and work station
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service role preferred but not required
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong attention to detail and able to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must have own visa (preferably Indian)
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
