Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for our hotel in Triesen. Your main goal will be to attract and retain guests by building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential customers. You must have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the hotel industry. Previous experience in sales is required, preferably in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential customers
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Create attractive packages and promotions to attract guests
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure group bookings or corporate accounts
- Monitor sales performance against targets and make necessary adjustments to achieve goals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and competitors' offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the hotel industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of revenue management practices
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including room types, rates, packages, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position. This is a full-time role based in Triesen with no accommodation provided. However, we are open to providing visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
