Hotel Sales Manager
We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Salalah. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in hotel sales. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Negotiate contracts with clients and maintain contract compliance
- Keep updated records of all sales activities, including leads, meetings, contracts, and revenue generated
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry trends and market dynamics
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
Location:
This position is based in Salalah and requires the candidate to reside there.
Contract Type:
This is a full-time contract position.
