Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services and local attractions
- Book reservations for guests at restaurants, tours or other activities
- Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current events, attractions and promotions in the city
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk area

Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
