Concierge Assistant - Salalah, Oman

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and assisting with their needs during their stay. You will greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes. You will also handle reservations, answer phone calls, and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Additionally, you will assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby area and ensuring that all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
