Office Manager - Nizwa, Oman
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the office
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with recruitment processes
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Monitor expenses and prepare reports as needed

Requirements:
