Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Nizwa, Oman


As a Concierge for our luxury hotel located in Nizwa, Oman, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests. We are seeking a skilled and professional individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to join our team. This is a contract job that offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome to the hotel
- Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities upon guest request
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain an organized and clean lobby area at all times

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian national preferred
- Must be able to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided by the hotel
- No prior experience required as training will be provided by the hotel
- Must have a valid visa and ticket provided by the employer
