Job Title: Concierge Assistant



We are a luxury hotel in Nizwa, seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team. This position is open to all nationalities and does not require fluency in English. We also welcome candidates without any prior experience or accommodation.

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the hotel's guests with their needs and requests. This includes arranging transportation, booking reservations for restaurants or activities, providing information about local attractions and events, and responding to any inquiries or concerns guests may have.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is friendly, organized, and has excellent communication skills. You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively. As this position involves interacting with guests from different backgrounds and cultures, we require someone who is culturally sensitive and can provide exceptional customer service.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for maintaining the lobby area and ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times. You will also assist with luggage handling and delivering messages or packages to guest rooms.

This is an entry-level position that provides an opportunity for growth within our company. We offer competitive salary of 1100$ per month, as well as visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
