Office Manager


We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Khasab, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in office management and be able to handle a wide range of administrative and managerial tasks. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all office operations and procedures
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Handle employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
- Act as the main point of contact for all external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors
- Ensure smooth communication between different departments within the organization
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks efficiently
- Experience with budgeting and expense tracking preferred
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality

We offer a competitive salary package of 1300$ per month along with accommodation. This position is open to both Indian nationals living in Khasab as well as foreigners looking to relocate. No English language skills are required for this role.
