As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel in Khasab, Oman. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to identify potential markets and clients, and develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners. Your goal will be to drive business growth through effective sales techniques and excellent customer service.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in hospitality sales and a strong understanding of the hotel industry. You must also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage)
- Proven track record of successful sales achievements
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with sales techniques and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel
- Identify potential markets and clients through market research
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, etc.
- Conduct sales presentations to promote the hotel's services and facilities
- Negotiate contracts with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
