Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Khasab, Oman


We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Khasab, Oman. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, assisting with their needs and inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay for them. As the first point of contact for our guests, you must have excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude. You will be responsible for making reservations, arranging transportation, recommending local attractions and activities, and handling any special requests. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the lobby area and ensuring it is always clean and presentable for our guests. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in hospitality or customer service, be fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus), and possess strong organizational skills. This position offers a salary of 1000$ per month without accommodation. Kenyan nationals or foreigners with proper work permits are welcome to apply. No English proficiency is required as long as you are able to communicate effectively with our guests.
