Teamlead - Multan, Pakistan
As a Teamlead at our company in Multan, Pakistan, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of employees and ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives. You will be responsible for delegating tasks, providing guidance and support, and monitoring the progress of your team.
Your main duties will include setting performance targets, conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing feedback to team members. You will also be responsible for creating work schedules, coordinating team meetings, and resolving any conflicts or issues within the team.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You should also have a good understanding of the industry and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 40 hours per week. The salary for this role is 1500$ per month without accommodation. However, we do offer free visa and ticket for international candidates looking to join our team.
