Job Title: Online Consultant

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an e-commerce or online environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers from various backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of online communication tools such as email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed.

Salary:
