Formworker Supervisor

As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of formworkers in the city of Multan. Your primary role will be to ensure that all formwork projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard, while also providing guidance and support to your team. This is a full-time position that requires prior experience in formwork and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of formworkers, ensuring they are following safety protocols and completing projects on time
- Train new team members on proper formwork techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and coordinate upcoming projects
- Monitor progress of projects and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure work meets company standards
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and any changes to the original plan
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, work hours, and project expenses
- Procure necessary materials and equipment for projects as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a formworker, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of formwork techniques, materials, and safety procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients, project managers, and team members
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans accurately
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods of time

Salary: The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location: This position is located in Multan.

Accommodation: This is a non-accommodation position.
