As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and backhoes. Your main objective will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of these machines while following all safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and backhoes.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of equipment usage.
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency.
- Troubleshoot any issues with equipment and report any necessary repairs.
- Adhere to project deadlines and schedules.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Equipment Operator.
- Must be able to operate multiple types of heavy equipment.
- Ability to read and understand project plans and blueprints.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
