We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, shopping malls, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative architectural solutions that meet their requirements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives.
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately.
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Ensure that all building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably with a focus on commercial projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:
