Floral Designer


We are seeking a creative and experienced Floral Designer to join our team in Multan. Our floral shop specializes in creating beautiful arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, parties, and corporate events.

As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating unique floral arrangements that meet our clients' specific needs and preferences. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining the overall appearance of the shop.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a floral designer and must possess excellent design skills and creativity. They should also have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Suggest creative ideas and provide guidance on floral selection
- Order supplies and manage inventory to ensure availability of necessary materials
- Maintain the overall appearance of the shop, including cleaning work areas and displays
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a floral designer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in floral design techniques such as wiring, taping, and arranging
- Excellent design skills with an eye for color, texture, and balance
- Creativity and ability to come up with unique design ideas
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of flower care techniques to maintain freshness of arrangements
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Accommodation:
Accommodation is provided for part-time employees who work at least 25 hours per week.
