Restaurant Manager - Multan, Pakistan (Contract Position)

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Multan, Pakistan. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1500$. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing a restaurant and will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and food quality.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including, but not limited to, staffing, inventory management, budgeting, and marketing.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Monitor daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Create schedules and manage labor costs to meet budget targets.
- Build relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good understanding of financial management principles such as budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu/Hindi language skills would be an asset).
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
