Executive Chef - Multan, Pakistan

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Responsibilities:
- Develop menus and create new dishes to meet customer preferences and dietary requirements
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to plan special events or promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create innovative menus while considering budget constraints and customer preferences
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
