Junior Construction Manager

As a Junior Construction Manager in Multan, you will be responsible for assisting the senior construction manager in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing budgets. You will also assist in preparing project schedules, resolving any issues that arise during construction, and reporting project updates to stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in construction management or a related field, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings is also essential. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.
