Job Title: Merchandiser



As a Merchandiser for our company in Multan, you will be responsible for managing the product inventory and ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted effectively to drive sales. Your role will involve communicating with suppliers, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with other teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the product inventory and ensure that it is properly organized and displayed
- Communicate with suppliers to place orders and negotiate prices
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions about product assortment
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
- Monitor stock levels and create replenishment plans to avoid out-of-stock situations
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Coordinate with other teams such as production, logistics, and quality control to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of all merchandise transactions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must have a valid biometric passport
