Head Baker

As the Head Baker, you will oversee all aspects of our bakery operations in Multan. You will be responsible for managing a team of bakers, creating and implementing recipes, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our baked goods. You must have at least 5 years of experience as a baker with a strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients. A biometric passport is required for this position. Accommodation will be provided for qualified candidates. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of bakers
- Develop and implement new recipes for baked goods
- Ensure consistent quality and taste of all products
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train new staff members on baking techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to plan menus and promotions
- Keep up to date with industry trends and introduce new products accordingly

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a baker in a commercial kitchen
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
