Hotel Sales Manager



The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities within the hotel, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training, guidance, and support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, set goals, and discuss strategies
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market analysis, and projections
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless operations for clients
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the hotel brand

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the hotel industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively with strong leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with Multan's local market is preferred

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable depending on experience)

Location: Multan (accommodation will be provided)

Employment Type: Contract (with potential for permanent placement)
