Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Multan, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Multan. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services to potential clients. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and occupancy through strategic sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Build a strong network of contacts within the hospitality industry
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote our hotel's services
- Respond promptly to all sales inquiries and follow up with potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong networking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1300$ per month. This is a contract job that does not include accommodation. Applicants must have a biometric passport for travel purposes. This position is suitable for men.
