Information Technology Manager vacancy in Gujrat Pakistan

IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations and ensure the efficient and effective use of our information systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in information technology, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology infrastructure
- Manage and monitor all aspects of the company's IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Oversee the selection, installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT equipment and software
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance, training, and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain data security protocols
- Develop disaster recovery plans to minimize risk and ensure business continuity in case of system failures or cyber attacks
- Stay updated on new technologies and trends in the industry to make recommendations for future investments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role with at least 5 years of experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, cybersecurity principles, and cloud computing
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience in project management with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals

Location: This position is based in Gujrat but candidates from other locations will also be considered.

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
