IT Support Specialist


Our growing IT company in Gujrat is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and providing top-notch customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot computer systems, software, and hardware issues
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and solutions provided
- Train clients on the proper use of software and hardware
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology advancements and trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Gujrat, Pakistan
