Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently without accommodation
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new computers or devices for clients as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary equipment when needed
- Update software regularly and ensure security protocols are in place
- Train clients on how to use computer systems effectively

Salary: 1500$ per month
