We are seeking a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Gujrat, Pakistan. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$, and no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals by setting clear goals and objectives
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project completion
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to maintain project progress
- Develop strategies to increase team productivity and efficiency
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and project requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Knowledge of software development processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
