Facade Technician

We are in search of a skilled and detail-oriented Facade Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Gujrat. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This position is suitable for men who have experience working with various building materials and possess strong technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new facades according to blueprints and specifications
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure facades are functioning properly and make necessary repairs
- Troubleshoot any issues with existing facades and provide effective solutions
- Work with a variety of building materials such as glass, metal, stone, and concrete
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment at all times
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a facade technician
- Strong knowledge of different building materials and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Gujrat (preference for local candidates)
