Facade Specialist

We are a leading construction company based in Gujrat and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design, installation, and maintenance of building facades for our projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing facade systems for commercial and residential buildings
- Conducting site surveys to assess the condition of existing facades and making recommendations for repairs or replacements
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that facades meet design specifications and building codes
- Supervising the installation of facade systems and ensuring quality control
- Conducting regular inspections of completed facades to identify any issues that may require maintenance or repairs
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to project teams
- Staying up-to-date on industry standards, regulations, and innovative technologies related to facade design and construction

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facade design, installation, or maintenance
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of facade materials, systems, and construction methods
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working with AutoCAD or other design software is preferred
