We are hiring a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Gujrat. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems on residential and commercial buildings. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe installation of solar panels, while following industry safety standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panel systems on rooftops or other structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Ensure that all equipment is properly secured and connected
- Conduct routine maintenance on existing solar panel systems
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or damage

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Solar Installer or similar role
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, and basic construction techniques
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in various weather conditions
- Valid biometric passport for international travel (if required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with women in the solar installation industry
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations for solar panel installation
