Junior Commercial Architect

As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work under the guidance of senior architects to design and create commercial buildings that meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards. You will be responsible for developing detailed plans, creating 3D models, and producing construction drawings. Your role will also involve conducting site visits, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate should have a degree in architecture or a related field, strong design skills, and knowledge of building codes and regulations. This is an entry-level position, making it a great opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited experience in the field. This is a full-time position based in Gujrat, with a salary of 1100$ per month. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates and we are open to candidates of any nationality as long as they have their own valid visa. This is an urgent vacancy, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop commercial building designs that meet client needs
- Create detailed plans and 3D models using computer software
- Produce construction drawings that adhere to industry standards
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and adherence to design plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project status
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
- Stay updated on building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong design skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and contractors
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
