Industrial Architect

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Gujrat. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and creativity to develop functional and efficient designs that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for the development of design proposals
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility and functionality of designs
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and models
- Prepare project budgets, schedules, and progress reports
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with different professionals
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1700$ per month
