Architecture Manager - Gujrat, India


We are hiring an enthusiastic and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Gujrat, India. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. Your primary focus will be on developing design concepts, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and leading a team of architects and designers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for architectural projects based on client requirements and budget constraints
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project goals are met
- Lead a team of architects and designers, delegating tasks and providing guidance throughout the project process
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility of proposed designs and provide recommendations for modifications if needed
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client review and approval
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials and technologies to incorporate into design concepts
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans and quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the architecture industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with clients and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
