Senior Architect - Gujrat


As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing architectural projects in the city of Gujrat. Your primary role will be to design and oversee the construction of buildings and other structures, ensuring they meet safety standards, building codes, and client requirements. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create detailed plans that incorporate their vision while also adhering to budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to develop project plans
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs meet safety regulations, building codes, and zoning laws
- Oversee the selection of materials and finishes for each project within budget limitations
- Conduct site visits during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Manage a team of junior architects and delegate tasks accordingly
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or changes throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role in commercial or residential projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws in Gujrat
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
without compromising quality
- Ability to work independently as well as lead a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills

This is a contract job that is suitable for men who have their own visa. The salary for this position is 1200$ per month without accommodation.
