Executive Chef for Seasonal Restaurant in Gujrat


We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our seasonal restaurant in Gujrat. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, managing food inventory and ordering, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining high food quality and sanitation standards.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this position.

City:
Our restaurant is located in the beautiful city of Gujrat, known for its rich culture and delicious cuisine.

Experience Required:
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant. Previous experience working in a seasonal restaurant is preferred but not required.

We provide accommodation for our staff at no cost. The accommodations are comfortable and conveniently located near the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

- Create seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and reflect current food trends
- Develop recipes and ensure consistent execution by kitchen staff
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and budgeting to maintain cost-effective operations
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy seasons
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed at all times
- Oversee the preparation of all dishes to maintain high quality standards
- Collaborate with the management team to plan special events or promotions
- Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with kitchen staff, management team, suppliers, and customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
