Restaurant Manager

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Gujrat. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and managing the staff.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations
- Ensure that high-quality food and service standards are consistently met
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff members to maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach to work
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proven track record in increasing revenue and managing costs effectively

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month. Accommodation will be provided.
