As a Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Gujrat, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant during peak season. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain high quality standards and manage resources efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Train and supervise front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of food
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Create schedules for staff based on business needs and budget
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with management on marketing strategies to attract more customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure during busy periods
- Strong knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
- Fluent in English (knowledge of local language is an advantage)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
