Job Title: Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager for our company in Gujrat, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects. Your role will involve coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing project plans and schedules, and closely monitoring progress to ensure timely completion
- Managing project budgets and costs, including negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Conducting site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or delays
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Collaborating with architects and engineers to review design plans and make necessary adjustments
- Communicating effectively with all project stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and address any concerns or changes
- Managing relationships with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Providing leadership and guidance to project teams to motivate them towards success

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale projects
- Knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
