We are in search of a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious desserts and pastries for our customers. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the pastry area.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a Pastry Chef and possess a keen eye for detail. You must also have excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of different pastry techniques and flavor combinations.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare various pastries and desserts according to recipes
- Decorate pastries using different techniques such as glazing, icing, and piping
- Manage inventory levels of pastry supplies
- Order ingredients and supplies as needed
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the pastry area
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu items
- Train new pastry staff on proper techniques and procedures
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various pastry techniques such as baking, decorating, and plating
- Strong understanding of flavor combinations
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Food safety certification is preferred

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
