Part Time Administrator
We are in need of a part-time Administrator for our office located in Gujrat. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and must be able to work independently and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office files and records
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Must be able to commit to a part-time schedule
We offer competitive compensation of 1200$ per month for this part-time position. In addition, we provide a free visa and ticket for the selected candidate.
