Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Gujrat, Pakistan



Our luxury hotel in Gujrat, Pakistan is currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with any requests or needs they may have during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities as requested
- Arrange transportation for guests including airport transfers and rental cars
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner and escalate to management if necessary
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Familiarity with local area attractions, events, and services is preferred

Salary & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $900 per month. In addition to the salary, we also offer accommodation within the hotel premises. A free visa will be provided for non-Pakistani nationals along with a one-way ticket to Gujrat.
