Online Consultant



We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our growing team in Faisalabad. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient online services to our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online platforms such as email, chat, and video calls.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide relevant advice to clients.
- Handle complaints or concerns from clients in a professional manner.
- Provide regular reports on client feedback, inquiries, and trends.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in consulting or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Proficient in using various online communication tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Familiarity with current market trends and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Faisalabad. The working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. This position does not include accommodation but offers visa sponsorship for international candidates.
