Architectural Technologist - Urgent Hiring in Faisalabad, Pakistan


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects and designers in the creation of functional and aesthetically pleasing building designs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop innovative building designs that meet client's requirements
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed technical drawings and 3D models
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for design development and construction documentation
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and construction schedules
- Review building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements to ensure compliance with all applicable standards
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Perform quality control checks on completed projects to ensure adherence to design specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other CAD software programs
- Knowledgeable about building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with accommodation. We also provide free visa and ticket for international candidates.
