Junior Industrial Architect (Faisalabad, Pakistan)


We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Industrial Architect to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting senior architects in designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or students who are passionate about architecture and want to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in developing design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project feasibility and success
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess potential challenges or issues
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

Note: This job is open for all nationalities. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently living or studying in Faisalabad.
