Industrial Architect - Faisalabad, Pakistan


We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants.
As an Industrial Architect, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements while also adhering to building codes and regulations. You will use your expertise in industrial design and construction techniques to create functional, safe, and sustainable spaces for our clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project objectives, requirements and budget
- Develop conceptual designs, including layout plans and 3D models
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications and cost estimates
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Conduct site visits and provide support during the construction phase
- Research new materials, technology and construction methods to improve efficiency and sustainability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Experience working on industrial projects from concept to completion
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
